I tailor engagements to suit your particular needs, i.e., whether you're trying to crack the enterprise market, get that initial flywheel going, or establish a new position in a market. That said, the universal goal is to bring clarity to your narrative and positioning, and I do that through:
Workshops
I take you and your leadership team through the science-based positioning approach, so there's clarity internally. I may also capture your origin story and have a strategy session to diagnose your current situation and where you want to be.
Research
I love listening to sales calls. I want to understand how you as the founder (or your best reps) sell your product β the language you use, the responses you get, and the opportunities that exist to double down on what's working and fix what's not.
Deliverables
A narrative you can test is usually where we land, perhaps with messaging guidance as a part of your clarity strategy, too. Positioning exists in the mind of the buyer, therefore the sooner you can test your messaging with real prospects, the better.
